Stephen Ranalow is a Senior Associate at Arthur Cox, one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms. Stephen specialises in corporate law and public sector advisory work. Jim has been with PwC for 15 years, 6 of which were in the firms London office and the balance in PwC Dublin. Jim is a Tax Director and has been in this position for the last 4 years.
Jim has a BA and Higher Diploma in Education from UCD and is an associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
Jim is the Director in charge of a number of client teams who provide tax compliance and consultancy advice to leading Irish and multinational groups. Jim is responsible for looking after client relationship management as well as the quality and timelines of the deliverable ultimately provided to the client. Clients in Jim's recent portfolio would have included Irish entities such as IWP International Plc, Independent Newspapers Plc,Unidare Plc, UCD and Gresham Hotels, and multinationals with operations in Ireland, such as Sony, Quintiles International, Bearingpoint, and PolyGram.

Ursula Tipp qualified as a Rechtsanwältin (German Lawyer) in 1995 and practises as an Irish Solicitor with William Fry Solicitors.
