David O’Donnell is a Partner in the Dublin based Firm of Solicitors, Tom McGrath & Associates. Educated in Summerhill College, Co. Sligo and has an Honours Degree in Business & Computing from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, further educated in the Dublin Institute of Technology and the incorporated Law Society of Ireland.
David is also a council member of the Ireland Spain Economic Association (ISEA).

David has been with Tom McGrath & Associates for five years and has been central in the expansion of the firms’ service areas. In addition to providing professional advise to both holiday home buyers and investors alike in counties such as Portugal, Cape Verde Islands, France, Germany, Poland, Turkey, Bulgaria, Morocco, Montenegro, Italy, Florida, Mexico,Panama, Brazil and Dominican Republic. David also advises both corporate and private clients on many areas of domestic law, including in particular, litigation, employment and family law.
David has written a number of articles on overseas properties legal matters for various Irish publications and has also lectured on the matter at the Law Society of Ireland and at various property seminars.
In 2007, Tom McGrath & Associates was awarded the Ireland Spain Economic Association Annual Award, presented to the company believed to have made a significant contribution to the trade links between Ireland and Spain.
