Jacqueline is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department of Matheson Ormsby Prentice specialising in corporate governance and public sector advisory work. She has extensive experience in company and commercial law.

Jacqueline's public sector experience, includes, advising State bodies, government Departments and private bodies interfacing with public sector bodies. Jacqueline was seconded to the Public Expenditure Division of the Department of Finance from May 2001 to June 2003 as in-house adviser. Jacqueline speaks regularly at conferences and writes articles on company law and corporate governance.

Jacqueline has a B.C.L law degree and an LLM. masters in European law from University College Dublin and also holds a diploma in Business and Accounting. She was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 1995.

Jacqueline has been a member of ISEA since 1998. She became ISEA Vice President in 2004 and took over the Presidency in December 2006. Jacqueline is also a member of the Committee of the Institute of Directors of Ireland and a non-executive Director of the Railway Procurement Agency.
