Stephen Ranalow is a Senior Associate at Arthur Cox, one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms.
Stephen specialises in corporate law and public sector advisory work.
Stephen has acted for number of large Spanish companies on joint ventures and acquisitions in Ireland, in particular in the financial services, banking and infrastructure sectors. |
Stephen has a Ph.D. in law and economics from Trinity College, Dublin and an LL.B. law degree, also from Trinity College, Dublin. Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2005.
Being half-Spanish on his mother’s side, with family roots in the Alicante province, Stephen has a keen interest in Spain and Spanish culture and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
Previously Stephen was a founding editor and later Editor-in-Chief of the Trinity College Law Review. Stephen is a non-executive director of Aidlink, one of Ireland’s largest charities focussing on developing aid in Africa.
Stephen joined the ISEA Council in 2008.
